Good food for an ordinary week.

A stone table with a day's food in a row: yoghurt and berries, a salmon and rice bowl, spinach and bean dip, squash and lentil salad

Most people I see don't need a new diet. They need three or four dinners they like and can make on a Tuesday, and a plan for the days that fall apart.

A Tuesday, planned

Four of the recipes I give clients first

  1. 7:30

    Breakfast

    Yoghurt, berries and oats

Greek yoghurt for protein, frozen berries, toasted oats on top.

  2. 12:30

    Lunch

    Salmon and brown rice bowl

Cook twice the rice and the next two lunches are done.

  3. 4:00

    Afternoon

    Spinach and white bean dip

Five minutes in a blender, and it keeps for four days.

  4. 7:00

    Dinner

    Squash and lentil salad

Warm lentils, roast squash and tahini; as good cold the next day.

Nadia laughing over a plate of leaves, radish and chickpeas

Hello, I'm Nadia.

Eating well without a list of banned foods

I don't ask anyone to weigh their food or count calories. We work with meals, times and portions you can see on a plate, starting from what you already cook.

Bring a specific question and we'll work it out together. Each of these needs a different plan:

  • Everyday eating and meal planning
  • Digestion and IBS
  • Blood sugar and cholesterol
  • Eating in pregnancy
  • Sport and training
