From the homes we work in
Theo rehung three doors that had never closed properly, and fixed the stair rail while he was here. He gave me the price before he started and it didn't change. I've booked the spring visit.

Questions
Asked before most first visits
Is there a minimum charge?
Two hours, which is $150. Most small jobs fit inside it, so we often fix a second thing while we're there.
Will I know the price before you start?
Common jobs have fixed prices on the Services page. For anything else we look first and write the price down. It only changes if you add work.
Do I need to buy the parts?
No. We bring screws, filler, caulk and paint and charge them at cost. If you've chosen a light, a fan or handles yourself, we fit yours.
Who comes to my house?
One of our twelve employees, background-checked and covered by our $2 million liability insurance. You get their name and photo the day before.
Can I be out while you work?
Yes. Leave a key or a door code. We text when we arrive and when we leave, with a photo of the finished job.
What if I need to cancel?
It's free up to 24 hours before the visit. After that we charge $50, which comes off your next booking.
