“Our water heater gave out at nine on a Sunday night. Ellen picked up on the second ring, Tom was here by ten with a new valve, and we had hot water before midnight. He swept up and showed us the old part.”

Questions people ask on the phone

Do you really answer at 3am?

Yes. Nights and weekends the phone goes to whichever plumber is on call, not to an answering service.

How soon can you come?

Emergencies in about 45 minutes. Planned work usually within two working days.

Is the estimate really free?

For planned work, yes, in writing. An emergency visit has a $129 call-out, which comes off the repair.

Are you licensed and insured?

Tom holds Vermont master plumber licence #000000. We carry $2 million general liability and workers' comp for everyone on the crew.

Do you do electrical work too?

Only what a water heater needs. For anything else we'll pass you to an electrician we trust.

Which towns do you cover?

Burlington and anywhere within thirty minutes of Pine Street, from Colchester down to Charlotte.
