Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key with us or give us a door code. Keys are kept coded, with no address on them, in a locked box at our office.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use plant-based sprays and a steam mop, and nothing with bleach unless you ask for it. Tell us if anyone at home has allergies and we bring the unscented set.
Will it be the same people each time?
Yes, two cleaners who know your home. When one is on holiday, we tell you who is coming instead the day before.
Are you insured?
We carry $2 million of liability insurance and are bonded. If we break something, we pay to repair or replace it.
Should I tidy up before you come?
Clear the floors and worktops of things you want left alone. We clean around papers and don't open drawers unless you ask.
