Bigger homes
Each extra bedroom or bathroom adds $25 a visit. A home over 2,500 sq ft gets a quote after a short visit.

Money, cancelling and contracts
Book a cleanWhen do I pay?
The evening after each clean, by the card you gave when booking. You get a receipt by email with the checklist from that visit.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 48 hours before. After that we charge $40, because the team's day is already planned around you.
Is there a contract?
No. A regular plan runs until you stop it, by phone or email, with 48 hours' notice. Offices sign a one-page agreement with the same terms.
Do prices go up?
Once a year at most, in January, and we write to you a month before. Last time it was $4 a visit.
Do you charge for travel or parking?
Not inside our area. Where the street has meters, we ask you for a visitor permit or add the meter cost to the bill.
