A list of what you take, including supplements. Fish oil and aspirin can make bruising more likely.
A bare face
Or come ten minutes early and we will give you cleanser. We look at skin without makeup, in daylight.

If you need to move an appointment. Consultations are free, but a missed treatment is charged at $75.
