One-to-one in the studio

You and me, and nobody waiting for the rack. Each session follows the plan we set after your movement check: a main lift, two or three accessories, and ten minutes on whatever is stiff that week.

Online coaching

For people who lift at another gym, at home or on the road. I write your sessions in the app; you film the main lift and get my notes back within a day.

  • Sessions rewritten every four weeks
  • A 20-minute video call every second week
  • On its own from $29 a month
03

Nutrition guidance

Kept practical. We start with protein and portions, then fit the meals you already like into a week you can repeat, around allergies, shifts and a budget.

  • Daily targets on the $49 plan
  • A written week of meals on the $79 plan
  • A shopping list with every meal plan
04

Programmes for a goal

One result, tested at the start and the end. Recent ones: a first chin-up at 52, a bodyweight bench press, and the hike up Longs Peak.

  • Tested in weeks 1, 6 and 12
  • Sessions and food set for the goal
  • Part of the $79 plan

questions

What happens if I miss a session?

Cancel 24 hours ahead and we move it within the same month. Later than that, the session counts, unless you are ill.

How long are online sessions?

I write them for 45 to 75 minutes, depending on the week you tell me you have. A short week gets a short plan, not a skipped one.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes, two people can share one studio plan and its sessions. Each of you pays 70 per cent of the plan’s price.

Can you work around an injury?

Usually. With your permission I talk to your physio or doctor and work from their notes. If a lift hurts, we change the lift.

What should I bring to the studio?

Flat-soled shoes, a water bottle and a towel. Chalk, belts and lifting straps are here.

Not sure which plan?

Book the movement check first and decide afterwards.
