We reply within a working day with the delivered price and a date. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

You send the form. We check stock, the wool and how it gets into your home.

You confirm and pay by card or bank transfer.

Our van brings it in, unpacks it and takes the packaging away.

Delivery
Free in Denmark, by our own van. To Sweden and Germany from €120, by a carrier who brings it inside.
Returns
Thirty days to live with it. We collect it and refund everything but the delivery outside Denmark.
Other wools
Pieces in stock leave the same week. In one of the ten wools we do not keep on the roll, add four weeks while the mill weaves it.
