Registered dietitian, Portland and online
Good food for an ordinary week.
Most people I see don't need a new diet. They need three or four dinners they like and can make on a Tuesday, and a plan for the days that fall apart.
A Tuesday, planned
Four of the recipes I give clients first
-
7:30
Breakfast
Yoghurt, berries and oats
Greek yoghurt for protein, frozen berries, toasted oats on top.
-
12:30
Lunch
Salmon and brown rice bowl
Cook twice the rice and the next two lunches are done.
-
4:00
Afternoon
Spinach and white bean dip
Five minutes in a blender, and it keeps for four days.
-
7:00
Dinner
Squash and lentil salad
Warm lentils, roast squash and tahini; as good cold the next day.

Bring a specific question and we'll work it out together. Each of these needs a different plan:

- Digestion and IBS
