We buy from eleven workshops and potteries, most of them within a day's drive of Minneapolis, and keep their pieces in stock in the room behind the showroom.
That is why a lamp ships in days and a table in weeks, not months. It also means we know who made the chair, how the wood was finished and what to do when a leg works loose.

Buying
Built sets for theatres in the Twin Cities for twelve years. She chooses every piece we sell, visits each workshop at least once a year, and writes the product pages.
Sam Ruiz
Showroom and delivery
Restored furniture before we opened, and still repairs anything we sold that comes back hurt. He runs the showroom and drives the van on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
