I grew up on the east side of Bend and sold my first house here in 2011. Since then I have helped 212 families buy or sell, most of them within ten miles of my office on Bond Street.
I work alone, with Dana keeping the paperwork moving three days a week. When you call, you get me.

What people
ask me first
What do you charge to sell my home?
2.5% of the sale price, paid at closing. Nothing up front, and nothing at all if the house does not sell. It covers professional photos, a floor plan, staging advice, the listing and every showing.
Do I pay you when I buy?
We sign a buyer agreement before we tour. My fee is 2.5%, and in most Bend sales the seller still pays it. If a seller won't, we agree how to handle it before you make an offer.
How fast do you answer?
I pick up from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. A text gets an answer within the hour, an email within two.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Bend, plus Tumalo, Sisters, Redmond and Sunriver. Past clients I follow anywhere in Deschutes County.
How long does a sale take?
My listings went under contract in 14 days on average last year. Closing usually follows 30 to 45 days after an offer is accepted.
