Mike Brennan opened the workshop after eleven years as a dealer technician, where he was paid by the job and pushed to sell more of them. His rule from the first day: the customer sees the price before anyone picks up a tool.
The two bays became six in 2016, when we took the unit next door. We now look after about 1,100 cars a year, most of them for people who first came in for an oil change.
