Seven people, four vans, one phone number
We started on Pine Street in 2014 and still work from the same shop, a ten-minute drive from most of the houses we fix.
How it started
Tom spent eleven years with a commercial firm, fitting out hospitals and schools. In 2014 he bought a used van, put his home number on the side and started taking the house calls nobody else wanted at night.
Ellen, his sister, took over the phone a year later and wrote the price book we still use: every common job, priced flat, so the plumber at your door never has to guess. The crew has grown to seven, and every plumber on it trained with us.
Who will knock on your door
Every plumber carries photo ID and a copy of their licence, and wears shoe covers indoors.
