Claude Code runs on your own subscription. Plus’s credits are for pictures and edits in the editor, and what you spend while building leaves less for your client.

About paying, and what the AI changes cost.
Which plan do I need?
Lite, for your own site: up to 3 pages from a template, with its colours, fonts and layout yours to change. Plus, if you design sites for clients or with a coding agent, or the site needs more pages, lists like a menu or posts, or more than one person.
What counts as an AI change?
Changing a piece of text is one. A bigger change, like redesigning a page, counts as about ten. A question costs less than one, and a request that fails costs nothing.
What if I run out?
800 more changes cost $10, and they don’t end with the year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new site is online free for 14 days from its first publish, at its fairpage.app address. Then it needs Lite or Plus to stay online; the editor and the draft keep working. Your own domain needs a plan from the start.
Can I move from Lite to Plus?
Yes, at any time. You pay the difference for what is left of your year.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. Every site has a fairpage.app address. To use your own, buy it from any registrar and connect it; Fairpage shows the records to add.
How do I pay?
By card, once a year, through Polar, our payment provider, which handles VAT and sales tax. A plan renews each year until you cancel it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, within 14 days of paying. Ask through Help in the app or by email.
I’m building it for a client.
Build it without a plan, then invite your client as the owner and they buy one. You stay on the site until they remove you, unless it is on Lite when they accept: Lite has room for its owner alone. Or buy the plan yourself and keep the client on retainer.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site stays up for 14 days, with a reminder. Then editing locks and the site stays up for 30 more days. Nothing is deleted for a year.
Can I leave with my site?
Yes. Ask for the whole site as a zip at any time: its pages, pictures and uploads, with collections as CSV.
Can I sell online?
Not yet. Shops and members’ areas come with Plus+, a later plan. Until then a form can take orders and requests.
When do I get in?
We’re opening Fairpage to a few people at a time, in the order they joined. We email you once, when it’s your turn.
