Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every site on Fairpage and to everyone who uses it.
Not allowed on a site
- Anything illegal where you are, in Serbia, or where the site is aimed at.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Content that threatens, harasses or incites violence or hatred against people because of who they are.
- Phishing, or pages that pose as another company, person or service to get passwords, payment details or other personal data.
- Scams, pyramid schemes, and fake shops, reviews or documents.
- Malware, or links to it.
- Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights, or publishes their private information without a lawful reason.
- Selling or promoting weapons, illegal drugs, or other goods and services that are illegal or need a licence you do not have.
Not allowed when using Fairpage
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages, including through a site's forms.
- Attacking, overloading, probing or getting around the limits or security of Fairpage or of other sites.
- Using Fairpage to host files for use elsewhere, or as storage unrelated to a site.
- Using the AI features to create content this policy forbids, to create images of real people that could mislead, or to get around the features' limits.
- Collecting site visitors' personal data without telling them, or without a lawful basis.
- Reselling Fairpage or accounts, or sharing an account.
Reporting
To report a site or content that breaks this policy or the law, email [email protected] with:
- the address of the page or content;
- why you think it is illegal or breaks this policy;
- your name and email address (except for reports of child sexual abuse material, which can be anonymous);
- a statement that you make the report in good faith and that it is accurate as far as you know.
For copyright and trademark claims, also say which work or mark is infringed and that you own it or may act for its owner.
What we do
We look at every report and act on it without undue delay. We may remove content, take a site offline, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is and whether it has happened before. We tell the site's owner what we did and why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it, and we tell the person who reported it what we decided.
You can contest a decision by replying to our message within 6 months. We review the decision again and tell you the result.
