Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Fairpage. By creating an account or using Fairpage you accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and, where we process your site visitors' data for you, the Data Processing Agreement. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who we are
Fairpage is run by Aleksandar Stevanovic PR, a sole proprietorship registered in Serbia, Milana Rakica 12, Belgrade, Serbia, tax number (PIB) 107446371, registration number (MB) TBD ("Fairpage", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Fairpage lets you build, edit and host websites. It includes a visual editor, an AI assistant that edits your site's files and content, content collections, forms, analytics, custom domains and a command-line tool for designers and developers. Each site has a draft that only its members see and a live version that anyone can visit once you publish it.
We change and improve the service over time. When a change removes a feature you pay for, we tell you in advance by email.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Accounts are by invitation. The details you give us must be true, and you keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- One person per account. Accounts cannot be shared or sold.
4. Sites, roles and handover
Each site has members. One of them is its owner; the others are editors, designers or developers, as the site's plan allows.
- The owner is the customer for that site: they choose and pay for its plan, connect its domain, and manage its members.
- Members act on the owner's behalf. The owner is responsible for what members do on the site.
- A site's owner may transfer it by inviting someone as its new owner. When they accept, they become the owner and take over the plan and billing for that site. The site's credits stay with the site. The previous owner stays a member unless removed.
- Fairpage staff may access a site to provide support, to fix a problem, or to enforce these terms. We do not edit your published content except for those reasons.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the files, text, images, data and other material you or your members put into Fairpage ("your content").
You give us a licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content, and to send it to the providers listed on our sub-processor page, only as far as we need to run Fairpage for you, and to show your live site to the public as you publish it. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies in backups until they expire (section 13).
We do not use your content, your prompts or your sites to train AI models, and we do not use your sites in our marketing without your permission.
You confirm that you have the rights to your content and that publishing it does not break the law or anyone's rights, including their privacy, copyright or trademarks.
6. The AI assistant
- The assistant edits your site's draft and content when you ask it to. Its changes are not public until you publish them, and you can undo them.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content made for others. Check it before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including AI output.
- To answer you, we send your request and the parts of your site it needs (files, content rows, the page you are on, images you attach) to the AI providers listed on our sub-processor page. Do not put sensitive personal data into your requests.
- As far as we have any rights in the output, they are yours.
- Where the law requires AI-generated images or text to be marked as such, marking them on your site is your responsibility.
7. Plans and payment
- Plans are per site and billed yearly. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record. You buy from Polar, and Polar's buyer terms cover payment, taxes, invoices, refunds and your right of withdrawal.
- A plan renews automatically at the end of each year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Polar's customer portal, which the site's billing page links to; the plan then runs to the end of the paid year and does not renew.
- Upgrading takes effect at once, with the difference charged pro rata. Downgrading takes effect at renewal.
- We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before it.
8. AI credits
AI use is counted in credits, which belong to a site.
- A paid year adds the plan's credits. They are used first and expire at the end of that year.
- A new site starts with 1,000 credits. Top-up credits and credits we grant last until they are used.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be moved to another site, and are not refunded, except where the law requires it or Polar refunds the purchase. A full refund of a top-up takes back its credits.
- When a site runs out of credits, the AI features stop until it has more. The site itself keeps working.
- Credits end when the site is deleted.
9. When a plan is not paid
A site that has never been paid for can be built and edited, but its live version is not public.
When a paid year ends without renewal:
- For 14 days the site works as before, and its editors see a notice.
- For the next 30 days the live site stays online but cannot be changed or published.
- After that the live site goes offline.
We email the owner before and at each step. Paying again restores the site. We keep an offline site for at least 12 months before we delete it, and we email the owner before we do.
10. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, harmful, deceptive or infringing, no attacks on Fairpage or others, and no misuse of the AI features.
11. Third-party services
You can connect services such as Loops, webhooks and automation tools to your site's forms. Data you send to them is governed by their terms, not ours, and you are responsible for that choice. We are not responsible for services we do not run.
12. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Fairpage at any time. To delete your account or a site, email [email protected] from your account's address; we do it within 30 days.
- We may suspend a site or an account, without notice if needed, when it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts other people or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. We tell you why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it, and you can reply to contest the decision.
- We may end these terms for you with 30 days' notice by email, for example if we stop offering Fairpage. If we do so without you having broken these terms, we refund the unused part of your paid plan through Polar.
13. Your data when an account or site ends
For 30 days after your account ends, or after a site's plan has ended without renewal, you can export your content: download the site with the command-line tool or ask us for a copy. After that we may delete it, except as section 9 allows longer. Deleted data stays in our backups until they expire, at most 90 days later.
14. Our responsibility
We run Fairpage with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that it suits your purpose. To the extent the law allows, Fairpage is provided as it is.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about Fairpage is limited to the greater of €20 or the amount you paid for Fairpage in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect damage.
These limits do not apply to damage we cause intentionally or by gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, they do not affect your statutory rights.
15. Your responsibility
If you use Fairpage for your business, you will compensate us for claims by third parties that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs, provided we tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For changes that affect you materially, we email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then and we refund the unused part of your paid plan through Polar. Small changes, such as corrections and clarifications, take effect when we publish them.
17. Law and disputes
Serbian law governs these terms, and the courts in Belgrade decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts. Consumers in Serbia may also use an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body from the list kept by the ministry responsible for trade.
Please write to us first at [email protected]; most problems are solved that way.
18. General
If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to someone who takes over Fairpage, and we tell you if we do. These terms are written in English.
