These are the companies that process personal data for Fairpage, including data we process for site owners under the Data Processing Agreement. We announce changes here and by email to site owners at least 14 days before a new one starts.
Hosting and delivery
- Railway Corporation (United States). Hosts Fairpage's servers, databases and site files. Data: everything Fairpage stores. Location: European Union.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). DNS, traffic and security for fairpage.co and customers' sites, visit counts for fairpage.co (Web Analytics), certificates for custom domains, storage and delivery of published images (R2), the Turnstile form check, Fairpage's emails (including form entries to site owners), and the AI assistant's models (Workers AI: GLM-5.3-Flash for text, FLUX.2 klein for images), which Cloudflare runs on its own servers without storing or training on what they are sent. Data: requests to Fairpage and sites, including IP addresses; published images; form checks; emails and their recipients' addresses; AI requests and the site files, content rows and images they include. Location: worldwide.
Fonts
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia). Bunny Fonts serves the typeface of fairpage.co's pages and of Fairpage's emails. Data: the IP address of the browser or mail app that loads it, which it does not log. Location: European Union.
Error reporting
- Functional Software, Inc. (United States), as Sentry. Receives a report when something fails in Fairpage. Data: the error and where in the code it happened, the kind of request, the browser's user agent, and the ids of the account and site involved; an error's message can include other data from the request. IP addresses are not stored. Location: European Union (Germany).
Billing
- Polar Software, Inc. (United States). Sells Fairpage's plans as merchant of record. Data: the owner's email address, the purchase and its status. Polar is the controller of the payment details you give it.
