Forms
Where visitors' form entries go, and how to change a form or add one.
Every form keeps what visitors send. Each entry arrives under Forms in Content, marked New until someone opens it, to read there or, on Plus, show on the site. It also comes to the owners by email, together with the others up to three times a day, and goes on to the services the form sends to. A form's entries are kept from the first publish after it was added. A collection no page, form or other collection uses can be removed from its More menu in Content, with its entries, for good.
To change a form's fields, select one on the page in the editor: its toolbar makes it required or optional, moves it, adds a field after it or removes it. Labels and the button's words are edited like any text. To change where entries go, select the form and press Edit form. Its panel sets what the page shows once it is sent, who of the site's people get each entry by email, and where else entries go: a mailing list (Loops, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Kit or beehiiv), a Google spreadsheet, a HubSpot form, Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook. For HubSpot, paste the form's embed code or share link (in HubSpot: Marketing, Forms, the form, Share); each entry arrives as that form's submission, so its notifications and workflows run. HubSpot's form must have no CAPTCHA, and gets only the fields it has. Content is always on the list: it is where every entry is kept. A file a visitor sends, such as a CV, is kept privately with the entry: the email names it, and the entry under Forms has it to download. No page shows it, and deleting the entry for good deletes the file. One that does not get where it should is listed in the panel and on the site's Integrations page with the reason, and the owners get an email. Fairpage keeps it for 30 days to send again.
To add a form, choose Add in the editor's top bar: the AI builds a contact form or a newsletter signup in the page's style, after the selected section.
