Help and support
Asking for help, writing to support, and following a request.
- The AI bar answers about Fairpage, plans and billing, domains and the account. On a site's pages an answer uses the site's AI credits, a credit or two; on Your sites and Account answers are free. It is at the bottom of a site's pages, and of Your sites and Account, where it is Help alone. An answer that comes from one of these articles links to it.
- When it cannot answer, or you ask for a person, it writes to support for you and sends it at once, with the conversation: about the site you asked on, or your only site. Write to support, in the bar's ? menu, at the end of each article here and on the site's Support card, writes one yourself.
- Support, a card on the site's Overview, lists your requests about that site: Waiting on Fairpage, Waiting on you once a person has replied, and Resolved. A reply shows in the Overview's Needs attention and is also sent by email; you answer on the request's page, and writing on a resolved request opens it again.
- A request about none of your sites, such as one written outside a site when you have several, or one about a site that was deleted or that you have left, is under Support in the menu under your initial, with the number of new replies.
Not answered here? A person at Fairpage replies by email.
